The 16th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP16) to the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) is currently being held in Riyadh, the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. On December 9, China Desertification and Sand Industry Association held a side event during the conference titled "Technological Innovation in Desertification Control for Green and Sustainable Development," where it showcased China's successful experience in combating desertification to the world. The event also provided a platform for representatives from various countries to discuss issues related to desertification control, technological innovation, and high-quality development.
